Montgomery County Public Library is always glad to provide materials
that you enjoy by way of the bookmobile.

Miss Nena
We
are glad to serve you by delivering reading materials
right to your door!
The following services are available to bookmobile patrons...

Large Print Books
The library
has a nice collection of books with large print to assist ease
of reading and help eliminate eye strain. Biography, romance,
westerns, mysteries, non-fiction and many other types of books
are available in large print.
Magazines
The
library has a collection of over 100 popular magazines.
Back issues (those from previous months), are
available for check out.
Inter-Library Loans
If the Mt. Sterling-Montgomery County Library does not have the book that you would like to read, we can search a network of other libraries to find the book you are looking for. As long as the book is at least six months old, all we need to do is know the author and title of the book and we can probably find it for you.

Books-on-Tape
If you like
books, but have trouble seeing the print, you might
enjoy books on tape. These audio books are a taped version of someone
reading the book for you. The library has full novels
on tape, along with "abridged", shorter versions, if you
would prefer to listen to them.
You may
check out up to five audio books each time the
bookmobile visits your home.
CDs
The library
has a wide selection of music on CDs available for
check-out. The music varies from gospel, to rock, to
popular country, and even jazz music.
You can check out up to two CDs each time the bookmobile visit.

To assist in
maintaining an efficient and pleasant bookmobile service for
yourself and others, please note the following rules.
If you are not
going to be home on your scheduled bookmobile
day or time, please give the library a call. (If the bookmobile visits
your house more than 3 times and you are not home, and you don't let the library
know, your bookmobile service may be cancelled.)
You may check
out three items the first time the bookmobile visits.
After that, you may have a total of ten items each time the bookmobile visits.
Items checked-out through the bookmobile are for a two week term. If you aren't finished, you may renew them for an additional two weeks.
You are
responsible for all items that you receive from the bookmobile.
(We are glad to bring materials to you, but please take care
of them so we can continue to bring you more.)
To maintain
accurate records, the bookmobile librarian
needs your current mailing address and phone number.
If any of this information changes,
please let us know.
